Transcription: Anchovies. There are probably more anchovies in the world's oceans than any other kind of fish. Anchovies, like many other fish, swim in huge groups called schools. Northern anchovies migrate or travel up and down the Pacific coast of Canada and the United States. Anchovies eat tiny plants and animals called plankton. Because anchovies at the front of the school can get the most plankton, the anchovies take turns swimming at the front. Other fish, ocean mammals and birds eat anchovies. Some kinds of anchovies are caught for people to eat. Other kinds are used as bait for catching bigger fish.
